Order Processing Time: All orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding national holidays). Orders placed on weekends will be processed on the next business day.

Free Shipping: We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders over 100 EUR.
Payment Methods: We provide safe and secure payment options. All prices and transactions for orders in Bulgaria are processed in EUR. We accept:

Credit/Debit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro. Your payment information is securely encrypted.

Cash on Delivery (COD): Pay in cash directly to the courier upon receiving your package.
Return Window: You have the right to return your order within 14 days from the date of receiving the item(s).
Item Condition for Returns: To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition: unworn, unwashed, free from stains or odors, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging.
How to Initiate a Return: Please contact our customer support team at support@mihlyuz.com with your order number and reason for return or fill out the form. Once confirmed, pack the item securely and send it to our physical return address:

Return Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs for standard returns (e.g., wrong size, changed mind). If the item is defective or we sent the wrong product, Mihlyuz will cover the return shipping costs.
Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds will be processed automatically to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer (you will need to provide your IBAN).
Restocking Fee: We do not charge any restocking fees for returned items.
