Order Processing Time: All orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding national holidays).
Shipping Methods, Costs, and Transit Times: We deliver across Romania using Sameday courier service.
Delivery Options: To your Address, To a Sameday Locker (easybox).
Transit Time: 2-4 business days after dispatch.
Shipping Cost: 33 LEI (RON) for standard delivery.
Free Shipping: We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders over 527 LEI (RON).
Payment Methods: All prices and transactions for orders in Romania are processed in LEI (RON). We accept:
- Credit/Debit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro.
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Pay directly to the courier or at the locker terminal.
Return Window: You have the right to return your order within 14 days from the date of receiving the item(s).
Item Condition for Returns: The item must be in its original condition: unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging.
How to Initiate a Return: Please contact us at support@mihlyuz.com or fill out the form. Once confirmed, send the item to our physical return address:

Return Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for standard return shipping costs. If the item is defective, Mihlyuz will cover the costs.
Refunds: Approved refunds will be processed automatically to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days. For COD orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer (IBAN required).
Restocking Fee: We do not charge any restocking fees for returned items.
